In short

No account, no advertising cookies, no tracking. We only process what is needed to run the service.

What is processed

  • Your wallet address, in your browser, to prepare transactions. Transactions are public on the blockchain by nature.
  • The logo and details you upload for a token. They are public on purpose.
  • The list of tokens created with the service and the fees paid (including Reclaim fees), read from the blockchain (public data), to run the creator dashboard and keep accounting records.
  • For Reclaim, the list of your token accounts, read from the blockchain (public data) in your browser through our relay to prepare the transactions. It is not stored.
  • Technical data such as IP addresses, processed by our host to deliver the site and block attacks. We only see aggregated, anonymous audience figures computed by Cloudflare (visits per day, countries, most viewed pages), with no cookie and no tracker on the site.
  • A “still here” signal sent once a minute by each open page (just the page address, with no cookie, no identifier and nothing stored in your browser), to count how many people are on the site right now. Only a per-minute counter is kept, for one hour. Anonymous step counters for the creation form (form opened, form started, wallet connected): only a daily total per step is kept, with no identifier. A session cookie for the administrator only. Short-lived anti-abuse counters: a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be reversed, changes every hour at most and is then deleted.

Telegram bot

If you use our Telegram bot (MemeKiln is our product), we store your Telegram chat id, which is personal data, and the token draft you type (name, ticker, logo, description, links, options), only to answer you and to open the site with the form filled in. The logo is cleaned of hidden photo data (such as GPS position) before it is stored. The conversation and the draft are deleted after 24 hours at the latest, as soon as your token is created, or immediately when you send /delete. We never ask for, receive or store your private key or seed phrase: you sign in your own wallet on the site. Telegram itself processes your messages under its own privacy policy.

Blockchain data

Everything written to a blockchain (token, addresses, transactions) is public and permanent. Nobody, including MemeKiln, can delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Data is processed by our host (Cloudflare) and by the providers needed to send transactions. We answer lawful requests from authorities.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of data we hold about you, within what is technically possible (blockchain data cannot be deleted). Contact: [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
