Terms of use and sale
1. What MemeKiln is
MemeKiln is an online software service (SaaS). For a fee, it prepares the blockchain transaction that creates a token designed by the user, and hosts the token's logo and description. These terms apply from 21 October 2026.
Optional pool feature: from the creator dashboard, MemeKiln also prepares, for a fee, a transaction with which the user creates a token/SOL liquidity pool on Raydium, a third-party protocol that MemeKiln does not operate, with the user's own tokens and SOL. The LP tokens received by the user are burned in the same transaction, so that the liquidity can never be withdrawn. Trading then takes place on third-party protocols and applications, never on MemeKiln; MemeKiln executes no trade and holds nothing.
2. What MemeKiln does not do
MemeKiln never issues, offers, sells, places, promotes, lists or admits to trading any token, and never markets the tokens created with its tool. It never holds funds, tokens or private keys, never exchanges crypto-assets, does not run a trading platform and gives no investment advice. The user signs every transaction in their own wallet; MemeKiln cannot reverse, cancel or change a transaction once signed.
3. The user is the issuer
The user alone decides to create a token, how to describe it, and whether and how to distribute, sell or promote it. If the user offers the token to the public or seeks its admission to trading, they may have obligations of their own, in particular under the European MiCA regulation (white paper, notification to the competent authority, marketing rules), consumer law, tax law and sanctions law. MemeKiln is not involved in these operations and does not check them.
4. Commitments of the user
Before each paid transaction, the user confirms by ticking a box that they will not use the token to deceive anyone and that they accept these terms. In particular, it is forbidden to:
- run a rug pull, a pump and dump or any other fraud or market manipulation
- promise profits or present the token as a guaranteed investment
- impersonate a person, a company, a brand or an existing project, or infringe intellectual property rights
- launder money or finance illegal activities
- publish illegal, hateful or child sexual abuse content
- use the service if they or the token are subject to sanctions, or from a sanctioned territory
5. Safety by design
Every token created with MemeKiln has its mint authority revoked (fixed supply) and no freeze authority (nobody can freeze holders). These protections cannot be turned off. MemeKiln offers no feature to withdraw liquidity, hide holdings, fake trading volume or block buyers.
6. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site and inside the transaction before the user signs it. They are paid in SOL at the moment the transaction is executed, directly from the user's wallet, together with the Solana network costs which go to the network and not to MemeKiln. The price pays for an IT service: preparing the transaction, the safety settings and the hosting of the logo and metadata.
7. Immediate execution and right of withdrawal
The service is supplied immediately and in full when the transaction is confirmed. Before paying, the user expressly asks for immediate execution and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the token is created: the consent box, never pre-ticked, states it in so many words. This acceptance is also written, with the version of these terms, inside the transaction itself, which serves as a durable confirmation. Fees are therefore not refundable.
8. Hosted content and reports
Logos and descriptions uploaded by users are public. Anyone can report a token used for a scam or illegal content by writing to [email protected] with the token address. MemeKiln removes from its servers the logo and metadata of tokens that break these terms or the law, and answers requests from judicial and administrative authorities. The blockchain itself cannot be modified by anyone.
9. Risks
Meme coins have no intrinsic value and are extremely volatile; most lose all their value. Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible. Nothing on MemeKiln is financial, legal or tax advice.
Liquidity added through the pool feature is locked forever: the LP tokens are burned and nobody, neither the user nor MemeKiln, can ever withdraw it. A pool gives a token no value and does not prevent its price from falling. The Raydium pool creation fee is set and collected by Raydium.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. MemeKiln is not liable for the use made of the tokens created with its tool, for losses caused by the blockchain, by wallets or by third parties, or for the value of any token. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, in particular in case of gross negligence or towards consumers for their statutory rights.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Before going to court, a consumer is invited to write to [email protected] to find an amicable solution, and may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
12. Optional liquidity pool
From the creator dashboard, MemeKiln also prepares, for a fee, a transaction with which the user creates a token/SOL liquidity pool on Raydium, a third-party protocol that MemeKiln does not operate, with the user's own tokens and SOL. The user chooses how the LP tokens they receive are locked: either they are burned in the same transaction, or (Burn & Earn) they are locked forever in Raydium’s locking program in a second transaction signed at the same time, in exchange for a fee key (an NFT) with which the holder can collect the trading fees earned by that liquidity. In both cases the liquidity can never be withdrawn by anyone, neither the user nor MemeKiln. If the second transaction does not go through, the LP tokens stay in the user’s wallet until the user locks them from the dashboard. The fee key can be transferred like any NFT: whoever holds it collects the fees, and the fees depend entirely on trading volume. Trading then takes place on third-party protocols and applications, never on MemeKiln; MemeKiln executes no trade and holds nothing.
A pool gives a token no value and does not prevent its price from falling. The Raydium pool creation fee is set and collected by Raydium. The fee of MemeKiln and the liquidity locked in the pool are not refundable.
13. Reclaim: closing empty token accounts
With the Reclaim tool, MemeKiln reads the token accounts of the wallet the user connects (public blockchain data) and prepares, at the user's request, transactions that close the accounts holding exactly 0 tokens that this wallet owns and is allowed to close. The rent deposit of each closed account is returned by the Solana network to the user's own wallet. Accounts holding tokens, frozen accounts and accounts that the network does not allow to close are never included. The scan is free.
Price: MemeKiln receives a commission of 15% of the SOL recovered, paid by a transfer inside each transaction and calculated on the exact amount recovered by that transaction. The amount recovered, the commission, the estimated network fees and the net amount returned to the user are shown before signing. No transaction is offered when less than 0.003 SOL can be recovered.
Closing an account is irreversible. The user signs every transaction in their own wallet; MemeKiln never holds the funds, which go from the closed accounts to the user's wallet. Reclaim only returns SOL that already belongs to the user: it is not an investment and promises no gain. By ticking the consent box, the user asks for immediate execution and gives up their right of withdrawal for the accounts closed; this acceptance is also written in each transaction. The commission is not refundable once the transaction is confirmed.
14. Creator tools: burn and airdrop
Burn: from the creator dashboard, the user can destroy part of the tokens held in their own wallet. Burned tokens are removed from the supply forever and cannot be recovered by anyone. Price: 0.05 SOL, paid by a transfer inside the burn transaction.
Airdrop: the user can send tokens of a token created with MemeKiln, from their own wallet, to a list of wallets they provide or to the current holders of that token, up to 1000 wallets per airdrop. Price: 0.0005 SOL per wallet served, paid inside each transaction for the wallets that transaction serves, so nothing is paid for wallets that were not served. The Solana network also charges a rent deposit (about 0.002 SOL) for each recipient who does not hold the token yet, and small network fees; all amounts are shown before signing.
Forbidden uses: sending tokens to people who did not ask for them or agree to receive them (spam); lotteries, draws, raffles or any game of chance in which taking part requires a payment, a purchase of tokens or any other financial contribution; asking anyone to send SOL or to buy tokens in order to receive an airdrop; promising gains or presenting an airdrop as an investment. The user alone is responsible for their airdrop and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including the rules on advertising, offers of crypto-assets to the public and gambling. MemeKiln may refuse or stop the service for a token used in breach of these terms.
Every burn and every airdrop transaction is signed by the user in their own wallet, and MemeKiln never holds the tokens or the funds. By ticking the consent box, the user asks for immediate execution and gives up their right of withdrawal; this acceptance is also written in each transaction. Fees are not refundable once a transaction is confirmed.
